the rooftoptent

The new Alu-Cab Gen 3-R is very similar to the Expediton Gen 3.1! However, it does have a few new features. These start with the design of the roof - the structures on the roof have been made using a specific roll form and bring better stability to the whole tent!
The roof tent is equipped with T-profiles for easy assembly and offers storage space for luggage on the roof. It also has connections for a solar panel and a parking heater.

In the interior, as usual, you will find the mesh pad, the plug for USB or a charging option and LED interior lighting. The headliner pocket system has been upgraded and is now larger than the Gen 3.1, plus it now has a rear and side rain cover! Also included is a 70mm high density foam mattress with removable cover.

Die Konstruktion 

Das Dachzelt punktet mit seinem leichten und aerodynamischen Profil aus Aluminium auf der Oberschale, während die T-Profile an der Unterschale eine mühelose Montage gewährleisten. Praktische C-Schienen auf dem Dach ermöglichen zudem eine unkomplizierte Befestigung von zusätzlichem Zubehör. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist der integrierte Solaranschluss, der das Dachzelt mit Energie versorgt.
