Description
The cleverly designed awnings with optional side walls can be used to create additional changing and lounge rooms and protect against sun or rain.
The awning is available in three sizes. With an extension of 270 cm and a width of 200 or 250 cm for mounting on the side of the vehicle and with an extension of 240 cm and a width of 130 cm for mounting on the rear of the vehicle.
Both awnings for the vehicle side are made in such a way that a tent entry can be installed at any time. The corresponding opening can either be used as a passage without an entry tunnel or closed wind - and watertight.
Two continuous C-rails are embedded in the profile on the vehicle side. These can be used for assembly very easily, e.g. with hexagon screws and 90 ° angles.
To stow the awning, first fold the cross members into the aluminum profile on the vehicle and the height-adjustable feet into the outer profile. Then the awning is rolled up to the profile on the vehicle. For protection, a cover made of sturdy PVC tarpaulin is folded over the awning and closed with Velcro. A construction that is as simple as it is ingenious, like a lot by James Baroud.
A set with three side walls with large windows and a door is optionally available for all three awning sizes. James Baroud also came up with a clever solution for this. A semicircular profile with a connecting piping rail is attached to the cross member and headliner and the side wall is drawn into the piping rail. This creates a wind and waterproof connection. The front wall is pulled into the piping rail of the front aluminum profile and connected to the side walls with a zip.
The rounded windows are a real eye-catcher and stand out clearly from the usual functional buildings. Due to its extraordinary size, it is pleasantly light and friendly inside. The windows equipped with mosquito nets can be closed opaque if necessary.
