The perfect suspension for all Ford Ranger drivers who need a real weight reserve. The Constant Load suspension from Ironman 4x4 offers sufficient scope for complex extensions and conversions. The Constant Load suspension starts to work where others have long since given up. Permanent loads of 300 kg are no problem on the rear axle, making it the perfect starting point for the ambitious overlander with an interior extension, or for a small cabin or, of course, our Canopy Camper!

This variant with Constant Load spring for the front axle offers the necessary reserve for front attachments. The front spring can easily handle a permanent additional load of up to 110 kg. Ideal for a winch bumper with a large winch or a heavy-duty protection plate.

The Foamcell shock absorber from Ironman4x4 offers modern Foamcell technology at a fair price. Without gas filling and with up to half a litre of Kayaba oil, the Foamcell damper offers comfortable compression and rebound damping for use on and off the road thanks to its valving, which is perfectly adapted to the respective kit.

Higher with ABE

Genesis Import is proud to be able to offer an ABE, a genuine "General Operating Permit", for the Australian suspension from Ironman4x4 for more than 13 current models. This ABE, issued by the german Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt, is a step into the future. While material certificates and parts certificates only examine the manufacturing process and the material of a part, for an ABE many test processes have to be passed, which in the end guarantee a smooth and safe function in the vehicle. Driving tests, load tests and even an impact and collision test are on the program. In the end, only high-quality spare parts receive the coveted title of officially approved operating permit, which is just as valid as the parts that were originally installed on the vehicle. In addition to the high quality standard, an ABE naturally has other advantages. The genuine general type approval is registration-free - this means: The Ironman 4x4 suspension only has to be installed and does not have to be specially approved by a testing organisation! As the ABE is valid for a specific vehicle, the same as the original suspension, there are no problems within the scope of the manufacturer's warranty for new vehicles. Here, simple parts certificates can lead to costly problems. So if you want to be on the safe side when it comes to off-road and suspension upgrades, go for the original - the ABE suspension from Ironman 4x4!

Load increase to 3.5 tons

Upgrading the vehicle to 3.5 tons offers great advantages in everyday life and when traveling. Many modern base vehicles with upscale equipment and a high basic weight no longer offer the customer sufficient reserves in the load. If a living cabin or other heavy equipment for vacation or everyday work is then added, the permissible total weight of the vehicle is quickly exhausted and often even significantly exceeded. In addition to the resulting safety risk of being on the road with an unstable and overloaded suspension, drivers face hefty fines in Germany and abroad if they are thrown into the balance. The increase in the permissible total weight to 3.5 tons provides clarity and safety here. This is where the strength of the Ironman4x4 suspension comes into play! Without complicated or vulnerable additional solutions such as air springs with extra compressor systems, the axle loads on a conventional Ironman4x4 suspension can be adjusted and entered in the registration papers without any further conversion with an additionally available expert opinion on the uplift.

Here, the uplift of the Australian suspension specialists offers another major advantage: Many uplifts are only possible in conjunction with the hardest available leaf and coil springs - Ironman4x4 suspensions can already be used for an uplift from the performance variant onwards. This means that even vehicles with a nominally more comfortable suspension can already benefit from the 3.5-tonne approval. When equipping a pickup with cabs or other superstructures, it is essential to pay attention to the permissible total weight, because excess weight is not only illegal and leads to fines, but is also dangerous in road traffic. Original vehicle suspensions are not designed to support a high weight over a long period of time, so replacement with a reinforced suspension is always advisable. By upgrading to 3.5 tons, Genesis Import proves that Ironman4x4 suspensions are up to these demanding tasks, exceeding the standard permissible total weight, as certified by TÜV. This is therefore a certificate that the maximum total load of 3.5 tons for passenger cars can be properly entered in the vehicle documents in accordance with the ABE for the suspension.

Constant Load - Springs

As the name suggests, these springs are designed for use under constant load and set the load book back to zero from 300 kg! Perfectly designed for our canopy camper or the workshop extension in the hardtop, the Constant Load springs start working where others already go to their knees. With plenty of reserve up to the permissible total weight! The ideal and tough companion for expedition travellers or professional users! 

The Constant Load-Suspension offers a vehicle lift of 50mm at the front and 45mm at the rear.

Foam Cell - Damper

The Foam Cell damper excels in terrain where heat build-up is a problem. The Foam Cell damper is larger and holds more oil for better heat dissipation and longer lasting performance in any terrain.
