Lightweight & strong
The combination of 6051-T5 aluminium and die-cast lightweight components provides excellent strength while keeping overall weight down.
Patented slides
The patented roller-bearing slide system is virtually maintenance-free. An integrated extension lock keeps the drawer securely in position when fully extended.
T-Slot rails
Integrated T-Slot rails along the full length allow equipment, storage boxes and other accessories to be secured flexibly.
LED lighting
Integrated lighting makes it easier to access your equipment at night or in poor lighting conditions.
Non-slip carpet
The black marbled polypropylene carpet provides a non-slip surface and helps keep equipment securely in place while driving.
Sliding tops & security
Sliding tops are rated to 100 kg and are ideal for mounting a fridge or storage box. Large full-height drawers are also lockable.
Installation
There are a few vehicle-specific points to consider before installation.
Installation without bed liner recommended
We recommend installing the drawer system without a bed liner. If a bed liner is already fitted, it normally needs to be removed before installation. This results in additional labour time and costs. If you wish to retain the bed liner, additional modification work may be required depending on the vehicle, which also increases the installation effort.
Installation time
Installation normally takes approximately 3 hours. The actual installation time depends on the vehicle and existing equipment. A fitted bed liner or additional modification work may increase the installation time.
Hardtop
The drawer system can also be used in combination with a hardtop. Depending on the vehicle and the existing setup, additional modification work may be required.
