Installation
There are a few vehicle-specific points to consider before installation.
Installation without bed liner recommended
We recommend installing the drawer system without a bed liner. If a bed liner is already fitted, it normally needs to be removed before installation. This results in additional labour time and costs. If you wish to retain the bed liner, additional modification work may be required depending on the vehicle, which also increases the installation effort.
Installation time
Installation normally takes approximately 3 hours. The actual installation time depends on the vehicle and existing equipment. A fitted bed liner or additional modification work may increase the installation time.
Hardtop
The drawer system can also be used in combination with a hardtop. Depending on the vehicle and the existing setup, additional modification work may be required.

The Ironman 4x4 Fitting Kit for the Ford Ranger PX III 2019–2022 Double Cab provides a clean and precise finish between the sides of the load bed and the Ironman 4x4 G2 drawer system. The vehicle-specific panels close the areas around the drawers and ensure a neat integration of the drawer system into the load bed.
All panels are covered with a non-slip, fibre-bonded polypropylene carpet with a black marble finish. This gives the fitting kit a finish that matches the Ironman 4x4 G2 drawer systems.
