Installation
Before installation, there are a few vehicle-specific points to consider.
Installation without a bed liner recommended
We recommend installing the drawer system without a bed liner. If a bed liner is already fitted, it usually needs to be removed before installation. This results in additional labour and costs. If you want to keep the bed liner, additional modification work may be required depending on the vehicle.
Installation time
Installation usually takes around 3 hours. The actual time depends on the vehicle and its equipment. An existing bed liner or additional modification work may increase the installation time.
Hardtop
The drawer system can also be used in combination with a hardtop. Depending on the vehicle and existing setup, additional modification work may be required.
Description
The Ironman 4x4 drawer set with 1× large sliding-top drawer and 1× medium sliding-top drawer on the right combines two different drawer heights with flexible slide-out platforms. The large drawer is positioned on the left and the medium drawer on the right. Both feature sliding tops for convenient access to equipment mounted above the drawers.
The combination of 6051-T5 aluminium and die-cast lightweight components provides a strong construction while keeping weight down. The black marbled Australian polypropylene carpet has a non-slip surface and helps keep equipment securely in place while driving.

The sliding tops on both drawers provide practical platforms for fridges, storage boxes or other equipment. With a load capacity of up to 100 kg each, they provide stable and easily accessible mounting and storage surfaces.
The patented roller-bearing slide system provides reliable and virtually maintenance-free drawer operation. An integrated extension lock keeps the drawers securely in position when fully extended – particularly useful when the vehicle is parked on uneven ground or an incline.
Integrated T-slot rails allow camping equipment, storage boxes and other accessories to be secured flexibly. Integrated LED lighting also makes it easier to access your equipment at night or in poor lighting conditions.
