ICECO FAQ

What power connections do the refrigerators have?

  • 12 V (car / camper)

  • 24 V (truck / off-road vehicle)

  • 230 V (household power outlet)

How loud are the refrigerators?

They are pleasantly quiet, as high-quality SECOP compressors are installed.

In Eco mode, they operate especially quietly – with a noise level of approx. 30–40 dB, making them ideal for use in a camper and barely noticeable at night while sleeping.

What is the difference between Single Zone and Dual Zone?

Single Zone: One or two compartment(s) with one uniform temperature.

Dual Zone: Two separate compartments with independently adjustable temperatures (e.g. refrigerator and freezer at the same time).

Does it have app control?

All models feature Bluetooth and app control. However, they can also be operated traditionally via the control panel.

How does the battery protection work?

The triple battery protection system is designed to prevent deep discharge and battery depletion.

If the measured DC voltage falls below the set value, the compressor is automatically shut off to prevent draining the battery.

With an AGM battery, the protection level should ideally be set to High, as AGM batteries are sensitive to deep discharge and low voltage significantly reduces their lifespan.

With a lithium battery (LiFePOâ‚„), the protection level can be set lower, since lithium batteries tolerate deeper discharge better and are additionally protected by an integrated BMS against undervoltage.

What ambient temperatures are supported?

ICECO refrigerators are designed to operate at ambient temperatures of up to 55 °C.
