Description
The AluBlack Flatbed System with Drop-sides is the ideal solution for demanding overlanders, outdoor enthusiasts and professional users. The factory-installed load bed is replaced with a high-quality aluminium flatbed which, in combination with the folding drop-sides, provides an open and highly versatile load area. Thanks to its lightweight yet extremely robust construction, the system is suitable for long-term use in everyday driving, commercial applications and demanding off-road conditions.
The specially developed mounting system between the vehicle and the flatbed compensates for ladder-frame flex and vibrations while driving. This reduces stress on the flatbed and the equipment being transported, protects materials and accessories, and increases the service life of the entire system.
The folding Drop-sides securely retain tools, equipment and cargo on the load area. They can be opened quickly and provide convenient access from both sides and from the rear of the vehicle. This makes the system particularly suitable for bulky items, work equipment, camping gear or other cargo that needs to be loaded and unloaded frequently. The drop-sides can also be removed when required, allowing the flatbed to be used as a completely open load platform.
Lockable side compartments provide more protected storage space than a standard load bed without adding unnecessary weight. Tools, camping equipment and travel luggage can be stored securely while remaining quickly accessible at all times.
